All The Right Fish for Florida Weather
We have all the right fish for Florida weather and Florida's native ponds.
Shongaloo Fish Farm had a wide assortment of fish for you to choose from when stocking your pond or lake. From edible varieties like Tilapia and Bass to decorative fish like Koi, we are one of the most trusted sources in the Southeast for fish purchases in both small and large quantities. Our customers range from individual families stocking private ponds to homeowner's associations and state wildlife departments planning for recreational use.
Duckweed is an important high-protein food source for many animals, including Tilapia. We feed it to our Tilapia to vary their diet and reduce our feed cost. These tiny, fast-growing plants help clean water by uptaking nitrate and phosphate. The plants are also used as shelter by pond-water species such as bullfrogs and fish such as bluegills. Each order is 100ml, without water.

Do you sell anything more than fish?
In addition to a variety of fish species, we also sell fish food, amphibians, black swans and a variety of fruit trees in season.
Can you deliver my fish?
Most Shongaloo Fish Farm customers prefer to pick up their fish in person. However, we can deliver within a 75 mile radius of our facility in Starke, Florida, for an additional fee. The minimum order amount for delivery is $100 and the delivery fee is $45. For more information, call us at 352-468-1251.
Do you ship fish via UPS or Fed-Ex?
No, customers must pick up their fish in person at Shongaloo Fish Farm in Starke, Florida, or we can deliver them within a 75-mile radius of our farm (additional fees apply). We do not ship using commercial shipping services. If you need fish shipped, we can refer you to another business that does ship nationwide.
How quickly can I pick up my order?
Most customers are able to pick up their order same day. We process orders very quickly, but the answer will depend on the type of fish and size of your order. Please ask us when you place your order. We will work hard to accommodate your requested pickup date.
